Jon is a seasoned executive specializing in customer experience (CX) & strategy, contact centers, outsourcing, offshoring, and building successful business development organizations.

Throughout his career he has been instrumental in spearheading business development across a diverse range of industries, including Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, Travel/Hospitality, Telecom, Tech, Retail, Logistics, E-commerce, and Streaming Media. Jon’s expertise lies in identifying and capitalizing on disruptive trends and assisting brands and contact centers adapt and change. Jon is well versed and adept at navigating geo diversity challenges, having worked extensively across regions such as the US, Latin America, South Africa, Philippines, India, Bulgaria, Honduras, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, and the UK.

Jon brings a wealth of experience in business development, solution architecture, coupled with a proven track record in client services support combined with leadership and building teams. As a seasoned management leader, he has excelled in building and managing high-performing teams, from VP and Director levels to individual contributors and inside sales teams.
