Background

Kevin Lasky is Chief Operating Officer of ApexCX, where he leads the firm’s day-to-day operations and works directly with clients on complex customer experience, contact center, and BPO initiatives. He brings more than a decade of experience helping organizations translate strategic objectives into practical operating models, executable roadmaps, and measurable results.

Kevin’s experience spans current-state assessments, operational transformation, shared-service consolidation, BPO strategy and vendor selection, technology implementation, managed services, process improvement, and M&A due diligence and integration. He works closely with executive teams to evaluate how people, processes, technology, governance, and financial objectives come together—and to identify the changes required to improve performance, scalability, and customer experience.

Known for his pragmatic and hands-on approach, Kevin helps bridge the gap between strategy and execution. He is particularly effective at bringing structure to complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring recommendations can be realistically implemented within an organization’s operational and financial constraints.

His earlier experience with Google, Arch Telecom, and Miraloma Advisors gives him a broad perspective across enterprise technology, frontline operations, organizational growth, and transaction-related initiatives.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lake Forest College, with minors in Business Administration and Legal Studies.
